So I see this great blog post about augmenting Flesh Golems, and since I'm all ABOUT Frankensteinien Monsters, I figured I should turn ol' Jack-Os d10 table into a d20. Also I watched a bunch of Japanese splatter films over the weekend. Here we go:
11-WICKEDLY BARBED AND LASHING TAIL
The golem has a long ropey tentacle, tail or limbless arm growing out of its body, which lashes around spastically like a cat's tail. It grants the golem one additional melee attack on a target within 10'.
12-GROSS BABY ARMS
The golems arms and chest are covered in little tiny arms, like baby arms or goblin arms. Each time a bladed weapon is used on the golem, an arm is severed and attacks independently. AC 6, HP 3, Move 3", Attacks: 1, Grip deals 1-4
Blister-like sacs of caustic chemicals, flammable substances, virulent soups and alchemical toxins cover the body of the golem, which burst every time the golem is struck and effect everyone within a 5' radius. For effects, roll a d6. 1: 1-6 Acid damage; 2: covered in lamp oil, 3: Save vs Poison or lose d3 STR; 4: Save vs Poison or lose d3 DEX; 5: Save vs Petrification or vomit profusely and be unable to act next round; 6: Melts metal items as Rust Monster
Slits in torso of the golem contain powerful sphincters that can launch nasty hooks. These hooks bury into flesh and connect the victim to the golem by tough coils of tendon. Once every other round the golem can roll an attack on targets within fifteen feet. Those struck cannot get farther away, and are in fact pulled along after the golem when it moves, unless they willingly take d6 damage, or cut through the tendons (AC 10, 6 HP)
The golem's hands have been replaced with the heads of fierce dogs. Count 1s and 2s rolled for damage as a roll of 3.
16-MONSTROUS TOTEM POLE
The golems abdomen is a stack of faces, stretches from its crotch to the top of its head. They roll their eyes and gnash their teeth and moan softly at enemies. Anyone viewing this terrible abomination suffers 2d6 Sanity damage, regardless of setting.
17-FACE LIKE A SHOE
The golem has been carefully constructed from only the thickest and most calloused of skin. Layers of scar tissue and dead men's heels increase the golem's AC by 2 points.
The golem has excess skin added, which allows pockets to be filled with excess human fat. Bludgeon weapons deal only half damage.
The golem has had the brain of a psionic individual implanted. Generate the psionic powers randomly using the table in the DMG. Each round the golem will activate one of its powers at random, even if the power in question is of no use during a fight.
The golem is so beautifully constructed as to appear living, and his adonis body is covered only by a gold speedo. It's threatening bulge has a range of 30", and acts like a Charm Person spell on anyone attracted to dongs viewing him, and a Fear spell on straight males. Players need only ever roll a save once against any particular golem.
